Our goal with this site is to change the law and to save another family from having to endure this heartache.

We are hoping to make a change to California's newly enacted 3 Feet for Safety Act to allow motorists to cross a double yellow line to pass slower moving occupants, such as cyclists, when it is safe to do so.
